Last updated: 16 October 2026These terms apply to every website, store, branding, marketing and content project CodeBae ("we", "us") delivers for a client ("you"). By approving a proposal, statement of work (SOW) or invoice, you agree to these terms.
Each project is defined by a written proposal or SOW listing deliverables, timelines and price. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before we start it.
Both parties agree to the terms discussed in the SOW. Changes to scope must be confirmed in writing by both sides.
Timelines depend on receiving content, feedback and access from you on time. Delays on your side move delivery dates accordingly.
Each proposal includes a set number of revision rounds. Further revisions are billed at our standard rate.
Once the project is paid in full, you own the final deliverables created for you. Until then, all work remains the property of CodeBae.
Third-party themes, plugins, fonts and stock assets stay under their own licences. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.
We build on platforms such as Shopify, WordPress, Meta and Google. Their fees, policies, outages and rule changes are outside our control, and ad spend is paid directly by you unless agreed otherwise.
Marketing results depend on many factors, so we do not guarantee specific sales, rankings or returns.
We keep your business information, data and account access confidential and use it only to deliver your project.
Either party may end a project with written notice. Work completed up to that point is payable.
In the event of delayed payment, professional misconduct or any other serious breach, CodeBae may terminate or pause the contract.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the project concerned. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or data.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes are handled by the courts of Karachi.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Active projects stay under the terms agreed when they started.
