The challenge
Bookings came in through phone calls, DMs and a third-party widget that broke on mobile. Staff spent the first hour of every day reconciling three calendars.
The old site used stock photos and a loud color palette that clashed with the quiet, tactile space clients loved.
The approach
We started from the studio itself: concrete, linen, low light. The new design uses a near-monochrome palette, generous space and a single typeface at a few deliberate sizes.
Booking moved front and center. Every treatment page now ends with live availability, and members see their remaining passes before they pick a time.
The outcome
Online bookings tripled in the first quarter, and phone bookings dropped by more than half. The team now runs one calendar.
Memberships, which were previously sold only at the front desk, became the studio's fastest-growing revenue line.
